The Summary report shows how a campaign is performing on a day to day basis.


Running across the top of the summary report 

  • Sent - The date when the link was created/sent
  • Links - The number of unique links created
  • Clicks - The number of times the links have been clicked. This number takes into consideration a person clicking on the link several times
  • Unique Clicks - The number of unique clicks
  • SMS Sent - If the SMS is sent using the platform this number shows the number SMS sent
  • SMS Status - If the SMS is sent using the platform this number shows the breakdown of delivered (green), delayed (grey) or failed SMS (red)
  • Survey Response/Link Report - this shows a total count of who responded (or in the case of marketing pages those who engaged). It is calculated based on the number SMS delivered correctly and the number of responses received.  

The Count Toggle can used to quickly turn Survey Response into a percentage rather than a count. 



Using the advanced button you can quick export the data via Excel. You can also download a PDF version of the report or send a HTML email.
Also using the advanced button you can filter the Summary report by date.
