Setting the Flood parameter for a campaign e.g Send 1 survey to a contact in a 10 day window, will prevent the contact receiving more than 1 survey in a 10 day window. If the platform attempts to send a second/third etc. survey during this 10 day window the 'flood' is recorded and you can see how many times the flood protection has been trigged in the Flood Report.

On the Campaign Designer, Click the Insight Report, then select Flood.

You can view the flood results on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. 

Clicking a bar in the Chart filters the results in the table below.

The table below the chart shows the contact information and the number of times that contact has been flooded for that time period. 

Using the Advanced button you can export to Excel and change the time period.
